GOBE1.COM Return Policy, Shipping and Costs Overview for Pakistan:

Your return shipment is free of charge in certain cases. In all situations requiring a return, GoBe1 customer service must be first contacted to open a case against your order to document certain facts. In majority of the cases, especially in situations where either a damaged product was received by the customer or a received product was different than the description put on by the seller on, the customer service at will issue a return label to help our customers avoid certain costs. We at take our client satisfaction very seriously and complaints from the customer will be handled seriously and action will be taken against sellers with multiple complaints of damaged or deceptive practices with respect to their products or services being offered by these sellers.

If an order or an item is returned using the return label provided by our customer service, and the reason for return isn't a result of an error, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

A flat fee for each return shipment, plus a smaller fee for each item in that shipment will be charged to returns not covered under damaged / deceptive products. In each return shipment, the item that has the highest shipment cost will determine the return shipment fee. Multiple products can be returned together as long as they belong to one order. You can review your orders under Orders.

Each return label is assigned to one order for return. If the label provided doesn’t have the option to return multiple items in the same box during the return process, please do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. It could prevent your refund from being processed correctly. In all situations where you have questions or comments, please contact the Customer Service


Return Products: does not store items received back from the sender. Instead, we process returns back to the original seller. Should you have any questions, please contact  Customer Service


Timeframe to Process Returns:

It can take up to 3 to 4 weeks in certain cases for an item to be returned. It takes about 2 weeks to reach the seller once you return it and for the seller to coordinate with to process a return and iron out any fee and shipping cost related issues. Once the seller receives the products, within 72 hours, the return is processed and either a refund or a corrected product is immediately issued as agreed by the customer and it’s received by the customer within 10-14 business days.

For most GoBe1 Global Store returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid DHL / UPS / USPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any DHL / UPS / USPS drop-off point near you. The Customer Service will provide you with store locations via email near you.


Not all GoBe1 Global Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return your order/s and track them to ensure timely return. In any situation, Customer Service should be contacted for questions.
